About this store

These terms apply to purchases from dont-ask.com and use of the Don’t AsK website, operated by Micalla Callura Inc. “We”, “us” and “our” refer to that business. Our store is hosted on Shopify. Please read these terms together with our Returns and Refund Policy, Shipping Policy and Privacy Policy.

Orders and checkout

Please review your products, quantities, shipping address, currency and order total before submitting an order. Provide accurate contact and payment information and use a payment method you are authorized to use. Available payment methods are displayed at checkout. Contact us promptly if your order confirmation contains an error.

Prices, currency and promotions

The currency applicable to your purchase is displayed in the storefront and checkout. Check the currency code, such as USD or CAD; a dollar sign alone does not identify the currency. Applicable taxes and shipping charges collected by us are disclosed before payment. Cross-border charges are described in our Shipping Policy.

Prices and promotions may change for future purchases. Each offer is subject to its disclosed dates, minimum spend and exclusions. A later price change does not change the agreed price of an existing order. Promotional codes may be combined only when the offer expressly allows it.

Products and availability

Product descriptions state the materials, dimensions and other features represented for that item. Colours can vary slightly between screens; natural materials may have individual variations where described. These variations do not excuse a product that does not conform to its description. Materials and country of manufacture vary by product. Consult the individual product details or ask us before ordering.

We may change our assortment or impose reasonable quantity limits for future orders. If an ordered item is unavailable, we will contact you about the available options and any refund due under applicable law. We will not substitute a different item without your agreement.

Errors and order problems

We work to keep product, price and delivery information accurate and will correct website errors when identified. Any correction, order cancellation or proposed adjustment must respect applicable law. These terms do not give us a blanket right to cancel an accepted purchase or charge more because of a pricing error.

Shipping, returns and legal warranties

Our Shipping and Returns policies form part of these terms. Please contact us about a damaged, defective, incorrect or undelivered item. Products remain covered by applicable legal warranties. No final-sale designation, return deadline or disclaimer removes a non-waivable consumer right.

Website use and intellectual property

Use the website lawfully. Do not attempt unauthorized access, introduce malicious software, impersonate another person or submit fraudulent orders. Website text, branding and images are protected by applicable intellectual-property rights. Permission is required for commercial reproduction unless permitted by law.

Reviews and submissions

Reviews must reflect your honest experience and must not infringe another person’s rights. By submitting a review for publication, you permit us to display it in connection with the reviewed product and our store, with formatting changes that do not alter its meaning. Please do not include confidential or sensitive personal information in public reviews. We may remove unlawful, abusive or irrelevant submissions.

Privacy and external services

Our Privacy Policy explains how personal information is handled. Third-party websites and optional services may have their own terms and privacy practices. Links do not remove our obligations for purchases made from us.

Availability and responsibility

Website access may occasionally be interrupted for maintenance or technical reasons. We do not exclude liability, warranties or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded, including rights relating to defective goods or our own failure to perform a purchase contract.

Applicable law

These terms are governed by the laws of Québec and the federal laws of Canada applicable there, subject to any mandatory consumer protections that apply where you live. Nothing requires you to waive access to a court, regulator or other remedy available under applicable law.

Changes and contact
