Shipping charges and destinations

We offer free standard shipping on merchandise orders of C$49 or more delivered within Canada, and US$49 or more delivered within the contiguous United States (48 states and Washington, DC). The threshold is calculated after discounts and before taxes; gift-card purchases do not count toward the qualifying merchandise total. Orders below the threshold, deliveries outside these regions, and expedited services are charged at the rates shown at checkout. Free shipping is not offered worldwide. Any destination restrictions or additional charges are disclosed before payment.

Order processing

In-stock orders normally ship within 1–2 business days. Business days exclude weekends and public holidays. Processing time is separate from delivery time. For a pre-order, the expected dispatch date is stated on the product page. Orders containing pre-order and in-stock items may be dispatched separately.

Delivery estimates

Our usual standard-delivery estimate is 3–6 business days after dispatch for Canada and the United States. International delivery times vary by destination and customs clearance; the Canada/US estimate does not apply worldwide. Any more specific delivery commitment shown for your order applies. Estimates are not guaranteed arrival dates, and we will assist if an order is delayed.

Tracking and delivery issues

We email dispatch confirmation and available tracking information when your order ships. The first carrier scan may take up to 48 hours to appear. If tracking stalls, your parcel is marked delivered but cannot be found, or an item arrives damaged, email studio@dont-ask.com with your order number. We will investigate with you and the carrier; you do not need to resolve the matter with the carrier alone.

Addresses and changes

Please check your delivery address before ordering. Contact us promptly if it needs correction. We cannot promise to redirect a parcel once dispatched. Any proposed reshipping charges will be explained before you agree to them.

Taxes, customs and import charges

Applicable taxes collected by us are shown at checkout. Cross-border shipments may attract import duties, taxes or carrier brokerage fees unless checkout expressly states they are included. Charges collected by an authority or carrier are separate from our shipping charge. We do not guarantee that international shipments will be duty-free.

Returns and cancellation rights

For return instructions and eligibility, see our Returns and Refund Policy. Contact us promptly about an overdue or undelivered order. Nothing in these shipping terms removes statutory delivery, cancellation, refund or other consumer rights.
