- We're dedicated to getting your new purchases to you promptly. In-stock items typically ship within 1-2 business days after the order is placed. For pre-orders, items will be shipped on the date specified on the product page.
4. How long will it take my package to arrive?
- Delivery times vary, taking between 3-6 business days depending on your location.
5. How can I track my order?
- An automated email with tracking information will be sent as soon as your order ships. Please note that the initial tracking scan may take up to 48 hours to appear, so there's no need for concern if your package isn't immediately marked as "in transit."
6. Pre-Order Information:
- Pre-order items will be processed like regular orders but shipped at a later date, as specified on the product page. You will receive a confirmation once your pre-order has been shipped. If your order includes both pre-order and in-stock items, they will be shipped separately.
